Using Flash Foods
You must provide accurate account, contact and delivery information. Do not misuse the service, interfere with another customer or seller, create fraudulent orders, or attempt unauthorised access.
Marketplace orders
Flash Foods connects customers with independent food sellers. The seller is responsible for preparing listed food safely and accurately. Availability and preparation estimates can change.
Prices and payment
The total shown before confirmation includes listed items, delivery charges and applicable discounts. Electronic payments are processed through Paystack; Flash Foods does not collect or store your full card details.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation eligibility depends on order status. Refund requests may require review and evidence. A refund can be reduced or declined where an order was correctly fulfilled or delivery failed because supplied details were inaccurate.
Reviews and messages
Keep reviews and order messages truthful, relevant and respectful. Content involving harassment, fraud, threats or unlawful material may be removed and the related account may be restricted.
Service availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features, delivery areas and these terms may change as the marketplace develops.
